Experience

I was a tutor while a graduate student at the University of Colorado. I have experience tutoring introductory physics classes, both with and without calculus. In addition, I have tutored high school math and physics students who are taking advanced coursework at the university level. I've taught studio sections of Engineering Physics on the K-State campus and have used the Mastering Physics online site for homework submissions. I listed a fee in the availability section, but it is negotiable, especially for students who want to meet on the KSU campus in Manhattan. Contact me with what you think is fair.

Hobbies

I'm a big baseball fan and have published on the physics of baseball. In addition, I have fun poking fun at movies that get their physics impressively wrong. If you watch Big Bang Theory, I am more like Leonard than Sheldon, though I do like to share interesting facts.
